EX-WORKS All freight arrangements are made by the buyer.
FREE CARRIER The Seller Delivers his goods to the buyer’scarrier.
FOR / FOT (Free on Rail / Free on Truck) The seller pays for the delivery.
FOB – AIRPORT The seller delivers his goods to the air carrier.
F A S (Free alongside ship) The seller delivers his goods along- side on the quay.
F O B (Free on board) The seller places his goods on board the ship at the port of departure.
C & F (Cost and freight) The cost of goods plus freight cost from the origin point to the port of unloading.
C I F (Cost Insurance & Freight) The same as C & F except seller also provides marine insurance.
EX-SHIP The seller pays all freight costs from the origin point to on board ship and transportation to the port of unloading.
EX-QUAY The seller makes the goods available to the buyer on the quay (or wharf) at the destination port.
DDP (Delivered duty paid) All costs are to be paid by the seller to the buyer’s premises, including payment of duty.
DELIVERED AT FRONTIER The seller makes his goods available at the frontier – but before the customer’s border at the country named.
